Condies Health is headed up by Ian M P Condie. Ian, a chartered accountant and senior partner of the CA practice, Condies, has been representing health sector clients since 1976, and has specialised in this sector since 1984. His role in Condies Health's activities is very much 'hands on' and he spends a great deal of his time meeting with doctors and dentists discussing their results with them and helping them to identify trends, and profit improvement opportunities.

He has over the years represented a number of nursing home owners, assisting one nursing home owner to grow his business from a single home to become the second largest in the UK, and has also worked closely with a children’s nursery business from initial start up to becoming the largest operator in Scotland.
Ian also leads the strategic review function, identifying key areas of potential interest to Condies Health's clients, and initiating the appropriate research.

| Pauline Scott CA - Partner |

| Joining us in October 2004, Pauline was appointed as a partner on 1st April 2006. Pauline trained as a chartered accountant with Cowan & Partners in Leith and after qualifying moved to Tenon (then Scott Oswald) where she spent seven years, acting for GP's and other professionals. As well as conducting many of the GP accounts review meetings Pauline has a growing number of dentist clients. |

She organises conferences, and frequently presents at seminars and workshops on areas of interest to GPs and practice managers alike. Pauline carries out much of the research and reporting work within Condies Health, and is the sole Scottish committee member of AISMA, always making sure that Scottish GPs' interests are taken into account when AISMA is lobbying for action.

| George qualified as a CA in 1979, and completed his training at Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte UK). |

He became a partner in the firm of Condie & Co. in 1987. Having seen the firm grow tremendously over the last few years, George was elected Managing Partner in 2003. George also heads up Condies corporate finance division, Condies Strategy.
George’s specialism is in the retail sector and he has been advising pharmaceutical clients for many years. He has also been heavily involved in consolidation plays in the sector, and pharmacy company valuations.
