Inter Practice Comparison
2008/09
This key document details the results per patient and
per partner for each practice we act for (whilst retaining
complete anonymity). The Comparison also shows in which Health
Board region the practice operates so that practices
can see how neighbouring practices are performing, as
well as how practices are fairing in other parts of
the country. The Comparison is being updated at the
end of each month as additional results become available.

Financial Issues for Practice Managers
A recent presentation that we delivered to Practice Managers at the Lister in May 2009. Focusing on maximising earnings in 2009/10, the presentation provides a comprehensive contract update, a study of strategic planning, updates in superannuation and seniority, and also has a discussion on partners capital accounts and drawings.
Writing Financial Prescriptions
This presentation was delivered at the NES Networking and Learning for Practice Managers Conference entitled "Enhancing Your Practice" in May 2009. This examines a range of issues that are commonly faced by Practice Managers. Not all issues may be relevant to your practice right now, but they will possibly crop up at some point in the future! |
